Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and inspire a team of medical representatives to achieve regional performance targets;
• Ensure implementation of marketing strategy through field force;
• Identify and develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders, key clients and partners to gain company competitive advantage;
• Propose, monitor and control budget expenses;

Изисквания:

Requirements:

• University degree in the field of medicine or pharmacy;
• Strong sales experience
• Persuasive communication style
• Excellent planning, organizing and coaching abilities
• Very good command of English;
• Good PC skills;
