Do you speak French? Get new job experience in the centre of Europe. For our client - World-famous IT Company we are currently looking for Customer Care Agents.

Your future responsibilities:
• Communication with customers (by phone or email) in their native language
• To answer calls and solve customers problems (installation, maintenance and technical support)
• Escalate queries to appropriate personnel if required (in English)
• Ensure consistent productivity and quality of customer service
• Administration associated with statistics and databases
• To learn about IT and to work in IT environment

Изисквания:

• At least high school education
• French language on excellent level
• English language on communicative level
• Excellent communication skills
• Focus on customer needs
• Tolerance to stress
• To be ready for shift work
• To be an enthusiastic person, willing to work in a team and to learn
• To be familiar with PC systems as an end user
• Ability to work well in an international environment
