One of our biggest clients is looking to hire Customer Consultant with French/Italian or Portuguese.

Responsibilities:
- Taking incoming calls from external and internal clients with the purpose of getting information and resolving simple technical issues
- Processing and verifying of data in line with the company policy
- Maintaining client relations, supporting and consulting of clients

Requirements:
- Fluency in one of the following languages: French, Italian or Portuguese
- Working level of English
- Good computer literacy
- Good communicational skills
